Cutter knives are extremely sharp cutting tools. Transport must be gentle on the cutter knives and, above all, safe for the personnel.
The knife cart can take up to 16 cutter knives. The cutting edges are protected against damage by a plastic bar. All parts and tools for setting up and clamping the knife system are clearly arranged on the knife cart.

The knives are individually suspended in slots. They cannot slip off during the cleaning process. After cleaning, the knives in the cart can drip off completely. This prevents contact corrosion caused by detergents.
The knife cart is made of stainless steel and meets the hygiene standards in food processing plants. The underside is open so that residues from production and cleaning agents can drain off.
