Cutter knives are extremely sharp cutting tools, therefore transport has to be effected particularly careful for the knives and particularly safe for the staff.

The knife cart can take up to 16 cutter knives. The cutting edges are protected against damage by a plastic ledge. All parts necessary to assemble the cutting system on the bowl cutter are stored well arranged on the knife cart.

The knife cart perfectly rounds off the safety concept of all KNECHT cutter knife systems.

Safety during transport

The transport of the cutter knives and all knife head parts from the workshop to the production room must be safe for the personnel as well as gentle and safe for the knives. Up to 16 cutter knives can be stored the knife cart. The knife edges are protected from damage by a plastic ledge. All parts for setting up the knife system are stored well arranged on the knife cart.

Safety during cleaning

The knives are individually suspended in slots. They cannot slip off during the cleaning process. After cleaning, the knives in the cart can drip off completely. This prevents contact corrosion caused by detergents.

Hygiene

The knife cart is made of stainless steel and meets the hygiene standards in food processing plants. The underside is open so that residues from production and cleaning agents can drain off.
