Profile and wearing template

In order to check the knife profile there is a profile template that ensures an optimal and constant grinding profile for each product, i.e. boiled sausage knife or dry sausage knife.

A constant cutting geometry contributes an important part in the field of quality control in the meat processing industry.

So does the wearing template. This template is used to ensure the emulsification and mixing features of the cutting knives.

Once the abrasion limit of the cutting knife is achieved, the security of the emulsification and mixing features of the cutting knives cannot be guaranteed anymore and and the template needs to be exchanged.
